Seek Doctor’s Advice

If some signs suggest that you are grinding your teeth at night, then the wisest thing to do is see your doctor. The doctor can thoroughly examine your teeth for signs of bruxism. Two common signs that suggest you are  grinding teeth at night are the presence of abnormalities in your teeth and jaw tenderness.

Severe grinding can also harm your jaws; it may lead to hearing loss and sometimes change the appearance of your face.
